Refund policy
Replacements for Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, we will replace it at no cost.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping for Defective Items
For potential defects, the customer/installer is responsible for the initial return shipping cost.
Once Epic Lights verifies the product is inoperable, we will:

Issue a full refund for the product, or provide a replacement

Reimburse the return shipping cost
If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier (UPS) directly to file a damage claim. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.
Products that have been cut, altered, modified, or damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for replacement or refund.
(Our warranty will cover installed items as long as all warranty conditions are met—details to come.)
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong product or your shipment is missing components, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs (Non-Defective Items)
For returns due to reasons such as over-ordering, changing your mind, or no longer needing the items:

A restocking fee will apply

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt
Products that have been opened, installed, cut, or altered cannot be returned.
